Product performance
1. "Yang-ming" super-concentrated mortar admixture powder with dosage of one ten-thousandth of cement weight, can replace all of or save a part of the lime in the mixed mortar, as well as save 10-50% cement, and all different kinds of proportions of mortar can save 50-100 Yuan per cubic meter, 1 kilo Super-concentrated mortar admixture powder save 8000-12000 kilo lime and cement.
2. Performances are effective, such as high workability, water-holding capacity, antifreeze, impermeability, and adhesive capacity; Compared with mixed mortar of the same label, the intensity can increase by around 10% in 7 days, 10-20% in 28 days.

Use
1. This product applys to all sorts of industries, civilian engineering, bridge engineering, pool, culverts etc, and can also be used for asbestos shingle and cement blocks inside.
2. Applying to silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement and slag silicate cement.
3. Applying to mortar of all types of brick masonry, rendering inside and outside wall, floor, and small prefabrication.

Mixing method
1. Vertical Mixer: Boot + 100 kilograms sand of the mixing ratio + cement or lime +super-concentrated mortar agent powder + remaining sand + water.
2. Horizontal mixer: Boot + 1 / 3 of required water + super-concentrated mortar agent powder + cement or lime + sand + water (moderate).
3. Strong vertical mixer: Put the super-concentrated mortar agent powder, cement, lime and sand together into the mixer and mix round, then add water.
The stirring time above grows 2-3min longer than the morta not added with super-concentrated mortar agent powder, while water consumption reduces about 30% than ordinary mortar.

Notes
1. Super-concentrated mortar admixture powder should be kept away from moisture and exposure, be put in dry and ventilative environment. The product is non-toxic and non-combustible.
2. The agent is in strict accordance with the volume of dosage.
3. Due to different material quality (such as sand) in different locations, we should increase dosage properly when mixing low-grade mortar.
4. In the cold winter or rainy season, there should be less wet water in masonry and painting, while in high-temperature season, the brick should soak through water, and then strengthen the maintenance after painted.
